Tomorrow, March 9th, is the day celebrated as the birthday of Barbara Millicent Roberts, the fashion doll known as "Barbie." March 9th was the day that Barbie stepped onto the world stage via her introduction at the Toy Fair in 1959. Since then, she has been popular with children and adult collectors alike.
Barbie is also a popular muse for crochet enthusiasts. Many of us enjoy designing and creating crocheted fashions for Barbie to wear. Quite a few of my own first crochet designs were blankets and outfits for my collection of Barbie dolls. I still occasionally enjoy creating new clothing and accessories for Barbie and other fashion dolls.

I used to have a crocheted doll pattern that featured a doll with outfits. I believe that folder was named Jennifer and?????? some other girls name. I boughjt it in the seventies. I somehow lost track of the booklet and have been trying to locate it for some years. If anyonehas this pattern and is willing to share it with me I would be thrilled or if you know how I can locate it.
