Wonderful, I would love to learn to make a few. Did you use any support for the inside portion of the petals?

@ self sagacity — Thanks for the comment. In answer to your question, the petals are crocheted onto a foundation of chain stitches. There’s an open space in each petal, so if you use the flower as an applique, the item underneath will peek through a bit.
