Would you believe this entire scarf is worked in single crochet stitch? Well, it is! Parts of the piece look a bit lacy, but that's because I used two extremely different weights of yarn; the differences in tension create contrast between the stitches. The result: some of the stitches are big and bulky, and some look fine and lacy. But it's all the super-simple single crochet stitch!
This is a super easy pattern that most crocheters will be able to work on successfully. If you've had enough practice with crochet that you're able to maintain a reasonably consistent tension as you work, I invite you to give this pattern a try.
