Venetia Pattern Stitch
This pattern stitch is from a 1917 pattern book, where the only instructions given
for this stitch were "3 single crochet taking back loop, 3
single crochet taking front loop." I've added to and rewritten the instructions
so that it will be easier for crocheters of all skill levels to crochet.
This pattern is great practice for learning to crochet in one loop only of a stitch. As this pattern stitch demonstrates, crocheting in one loop only can be used to create a texture pattern within a crochet design.
My Rewritten Instructions:
sc = single crochet
