Crocheting Chart for Afghan Square
Cross-stitch Detailing
Symbols:
Materials
Worsted weight yarn:
1 oz. white, 1/2 oz. dark green,
1/2 oz. light green, 1/2 oz. black,
Size G crochet hook
Guage: 4 stitches = 1 inch, 4 rows = 1 inch
Apprx. size of each finished square = 10 inches
Note: At the end of each row, you will chain 1 to turn.
Directions
To make this easier (and more fun) to complete, basic leaf shape colors are crocheted in,
but details are added afterward with a cross-stitch. This eliminates crocheting with too
many colors in any row at the same time.
