Daffodils Table Runner

Image copyright © 2000 Sandi Marshall
The chart for this table runner was designed by a male crochet designer, Hugo Kirchmaier, in the year 1919. When scanned, some of the lines on the original chart were light, making the 1919 chart difficult to follow. For that reason, I've recharted it myself so you'll have a better quality chart to work from.

The chart is large so I've placed it on a separate page (see link below).

On the instructions page, I've given approximate finished sizes for making the table runner with sizes 5 through 30 crochet thread so that you can plan the size thread you'll use according to the measurements of the area where you plan to display the table runner.

Enjoy crocheting this beautiful table runner!

Click here for: Free Chart - It's a large chart so the page may be a bit slow loading but worth the wait.

Printing Page for Pattern Instructions - This page has the starting chain, approximate finished sizes when made with different sizes of thread and all other instructions.

Chart was originally published in Book of Filet Crochet and Cross Stitch, Book No. 6, published by Cora Kirchmaier in the year 1919, now copyright-expired, fallen into the public domain. There was no image of a finished piece in that book. Image of finished Daffodil Table Runner on this page copyright © 2000 Sandi Marshall licensed to About.com, Inc. About Copyrights
