Each year, as we near the end of December and a new year approaches, we think a bit about the time that has passed and what we hope to do with our time in the new year. As I thought about this myself, I decided to create a design that would symbolize time and what we each choose to do with the time that we have.

The example shows this design in filet crochet. You could also use this same chart to cross-stitch this design in solid color silhouette on a single crochet or afghan stitch background.
