Rows 2 - 11: sc in ea sc across. End off.
(Cuff of sleeve) Attach white yarn.

Row 13: (Both loops) 2 sc in first sc, sc in next sc, (2 sc in next sc, sc in next 3 sc) 5 times. (30 sc)
Row 14: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) 9 times, sc in last 3 sc. (39 sc)
Row 15: sc in ea sc across.
Row 16: slip stitch in ea sc across.
End off.

For shoulder seam, with right sides held together, sew each dress front to dress back; sewing from neckline: sew down the sides for the length of two rows, matching ends of rows.

Fold sleeve in half to determine center of sleeve. Position this center of sleeve at end of shoulder seam just sewn. Pin in place, if desired. Sew sleeve to dress by starting at the center, then sewing sleeve on down dress back, matching ends of rows as you sew. Next, starting again at the center, sew sleeve on down dress front, matching ends of rows. (Starting at the center makes it easier to get the sleeve evenly placed.)

Next, with right sides together, sew the side seam of the dress up to where the sleeve starts. Continue, sewing the sleeve seam together. At cuff, change to white yarn for sewing and sew cuff seam together. Turn dress to right side. Fold cuffs back at row 12, where cuff begins.

Sew small buttons to dress front, placing opposite buttonholes. (Dress should overlap in front by 3 stitches.)

Check to see that the bottom of the left side front overlaps the right side front by the width of three stitches, (the part just under the buttonholes). Pin in place. Attach Main Color yarn in any stitch. (You will be holding the top piece of the dress upside down as you crochet the skirt on.) Do not join rounds. Mark the first stitch of each round with a safety pin. Move the pin to the beginning stitch of each new round.
Skirt Row 1: sc in ea sc around.
Skirt Rows 2 - 20: sc in ea sc around. End off.

Back collar With white, ch 17.
Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in ea ch across. (16 sc)
Rows 2 - 8: sc in ea sc across. End off.

Front collar (Make 2) With white, ch 9.
Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in ea ch across. (8 sc)
Rows 2 - 8: sc in ea sc across. End off.
With right sides together, sew collar front to collar back at shoulder edges, sewing together first two sc only of each collar top edge.
Turn collar to right side out. Position collar on right side of dress, matching shoulder seams. Sew collar in place, sewing through the front loop only of the dress neckline and the back loop only of the collar.

Bow
With Main Color or with white yarn, ch 40. End off.
Tie the chain in a bow and sew the bow in between the two front collar pieces at the top edge of the neckline.
