This book focuses on multicolored Fair Isle afghans to crochet; when looking at the finished afghans, the overall effect is stunning and colorful. However, if you look closely, you'll notice that each row only includes two colors, making the colorwork manageable and fun.
Each afghan design features a color photograph with chart and complete instructions for crocheting.
There are five afghan patterns included in the book. Two of these patterns are for baby afghans; two are for children; one is for grown-ups, and is guy-friendly.
- Southwest Warmth
- Girl's Cozy Afghan
- Kid's Winter Warmer
- Baby Snowflakes
- Baby Hearts
I have nothing critical to say about this book; I think it's well-done and inspiring.
In my opinion, this book is a fantastic value for the money. I recommend it to any crocheter who has reached a skill level of intermediate (or is willing to work to achieve that skill level.)
