Row 2 Directions

Note that in the beginning of row 2, the first chain-5 counts as the first stitch, so where it says "skip 3 sc" after the beginning ch-5, you count the first sc as belonging with the chain-5 and you are skipping the 3 sc after that (skipping the 2nd, 3rd and 4th sc of the row).
Row 2: ch 5 (counts as first dc and a ch-2), * skip 3 sc, (dc, ch 1, dc) in next sc, skip 3 sc, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next sc, ch 4, skip 4 sc, sc in next sc, ch 4, skip 4 sc, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next sc, skip 3 sc, (dc, ch 1, dc) in next sc, ch 2, skip 3 sc, dc in next sc, ch 2, ** repeat directions between * and ** twice more but on last repeat do not do the last ch 2 at the end of the repeat.
