This edging can be useful to dress up accessories, clothing or other items with Halloween colors. The edging can be made with either yarn or thread (adjust hook size used accordingly). In the photo example above, I made the edging with orange worsted weight yarn, using a US size G hook, for an edging that is 4 1/4 inches wide.
Candy Bowl Edging: This edging is fast and easy to make. You could crochet it in orange or black, then use some double sided tape to temporarily attach the edging around the top edge of a bowl or basket to transform it into a Halloween candy bowl. When the party's over, you can easily remove the edging to return the bowl or basket to everyday use.
