This rag rug is one of the prettiest things I've ever crocheted, if not the prettiest thing. I made it using strips of gorgeous printed fabrics in saturated colors. I love the results, and I enjoyed the project so much that I would love to try making several more of these rugs in other color combinations.
This rug is simple to crochet but interesting to work on and look at. It's comprised of striped squares turned in different directions. The free pattern is available in PDF format, and is posted at the Blue Sky Alpacas website.
