Steps shown on photo above:

  • Step 5: chain 3
  • Step 6: slip stitch in first chain that was made in that chain-3
  • Step 7: single crochet in the same place as the first single crochet that was made for this 3-picot group

I used this 3-picot group in my Pastel Snowflake Coaster crochet pattern. The photo for step 7 shows some of the stitches surrounding the 3-picot group in that pattern.
