Rnd 22: Mark the first sc made in this round with some sort of marker (such as a strand of yarn in a different color, a safety pin, paper clip or a purchased stitch marker). For this round, if the first stitch is not marked, it will be difficult to tell where the beginning of the round is, when doing the last part of the round. Rnd 22 directions: sl st in first ch sp, (ch 3, sc in next ch-3 sp) 11 times, * (ch 3, sc in next ch-3 sp) 25 times **, repeat the directions between * and ** 4 more times, then (ch 3, sc in next ch-3 sp) as many times as needed to reach the end of this round. After making the last ch-3, sl st in the first sc of this round (the one that you marked when beginning the round).

Continue with a round of single crochet, with 2 sc in ea ch sp (skipping each sc). Each time
that you come to a corner, when there is one ch-3 left to be worked in on that side,
make 3 sc in the last ch-3 of the side, ch 2, make 3 sc in the
first ch-3 sp of the next side. End with a sl st in the first sc of this round.
End off, leaving a strand for weaving in. Weave in the ends, to secure.
